Conclusion

The Soho mission was launched to study the core, outer corona and the wind around the sun. The Stereo mission was launched to study the energy and matter in between the sun and Earth. The ACE mission was launched to collect, measure and compare samples from the solar corona, solar wind and other particle populations. My sun picture involves 3D pictures of the sun which makes it easier to see the different parts of the sun.

ACE Mission

The ACE mission was launched in April, 25,1997 and is currently still in orbit. ACE stands for Advanced composition explorer. They collect, measure and compare samples from the solar corona, solar wind and other particle populations. By studying this information, you will get a better understanding of our solar system. ACE collects pictures by 6 HD sensors and three monitoring instruments.

Stereo Mission

The Solar TErrestrial  RElations observatory was launched in October of 2006. This was Nasa's solar terrestrial probes program third mission. This mission was able to give a unique and revolutionary view of the Sun- Earth System. It was able to point out the flow of energy from the sun to earth. Due to Stereo, we can can 3D structures of solar flares.

Soho Space Mission

The Solar and Heliospheric observatory was launched on December 2 1995. This was a group study between NASA and ESA. The reason why it was launched was to study the core, the outer corona and solar winds. American and European scientist  brought 12 instruments on SOHO. This photo is Soho EIT 171's latest image. It was taken on August.8.2014. In this picture you are able to see the Corona.
